The problem
Your funnel is built. Your leads live somewhere else.
Most franchisors on the platform still buy applicants from an outside agency. The ads run in one place, the leads land in a spreadsheet, and the funnel that qualifies them sits in another system. Three vendors, three dashboards, and no answer to what it cost to get an applicant to sign.
An outside agency
Sends you leads and a monthly report. Attribution stops at the form fill. When the agency changes, the history goes with it.
Lead generation on the platform
Ad, landing page, pre-qualification, nurture and call booking are one system. Every applicant carries its source to the signed agreement, and cost per qualified applicant is a number you read, not estimate.
The point of it
You see where every lead came from, in the franchise location panel. That is what the platform is for: first touch to last touch.
Franchise Systems Ai
Two ways in
Pick a tier. Set your ad budget. We run it.
Recommended
$2,000
per month, management. Your ad spend up to $6,000 per month on top.
- Meta and Google recruitment campaigns, set up and run
- Landing page tied to your applicant funnel
- Ad creative, refreshed as performance dictates
- Weekly optimization against cost per qualified applicant
- Every lead attributed inside the platform
Higher budget
$4,000
per month, management. For ad budgets above the recommended tier.
- Everything in the recommended tier
- Multiple territory campaigns in parallel
- Creative testing across audiences and regions
- Scaled to the ad budget you set
Add-ons
Priced on scope
One-time or monthly, as needed.
- Website redesign, one-time, from $8,500
- FranConnect management, $250 per month
- Video content and avatar production
- Press release writing and distribution
Management fees are monthly with no long-term contract. Ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta and Google. It is not the platform's built-in prospecting, which you already have; it is paid traffic, run by the people who built your funnel, reported inside it.
Past performance
Work the people running your campaigns have done
Not case studies. Results as reported by the practitioners; yours depend on budget, territory and offer, and we do not project them.
| Brand | Work | Result |
| Pepper Lunch | Franchise recruitment lead generation | About 4,000 leads in 18 months, contributing to 120 units sold |
| Vital Labs | Amazon and Shopify growth from a standing start | 290 percent increase in six months |
| Mountain Made, Mountain Made Ecom | Paid social and ecommerce | Ongoing |
| Tribefy, Tribefy Power, Sledge Power Stats | Paid acquisition and creative | Ongoing |
Rollout
From yes to first applicant in three weeks
Week 1
Accounts and access
You set up a Google Ads account with your business details. We connect it, plus a dedicated Meta ad account we hold for your campaigns. Google's access approval takes about a week.
Week 2
Landing page and creative
A recruitment landing page built against your funnel, because the page an ad lands on decides whether the click becomes an applicant. First creative in your brand's voice, aimed at the territories you want to fill first.
Week 3
Launch, then optimize weekly
Campaigns go live at the budget you set. Applicants land in the pipeline with their source attached; nurture and booking run automatically. Weekly optimization against cost per qualified applicant, visible in your franchise location panel.
To proceed
- Choose a tier
- Recommended at $2,000 per month, or the higher-budget tier at $4,000 per month.
- Set the ad budget
- Paid by you to Meta and Google directly. Up to $6,000 per month sits inside the recommended tier.
- Name the territories
- Which markets to fill first. Campaigns are built per territory, so the order matters.
What we need from you
